Southern's MFA program: 1st year

I'm near the end of the first term of the new MFA program at Southern. I'm in one class: the poetry workshop with Vivian Shipley. I've written a half-dozen poems that aren't all bad. I've read tons of poems and a lot about poetry, too.

I'll have to do this posting in parts. More later.
